The Invoice and it's Terms and Conditions
Any complaint concerning this invoice shall be lodged in writing within 8 (eight) days.
Our invoices are payable within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
In case of overdue payment, an interest rate of 12% will be charged without summons as from the date of invoice and without prejudice to all further expenses from collecting and possible judicial expenses.
Any disputes will be decided by the Antwerp Court even in the existence of plurality of defendants, actions in interventions or disputes abroad.
