Invoice Terms

​

• Any complaint concerning an invoice must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt.

• All invoices are due within 30 days from the date of issue.

• Late payments are subject to 12% interest from the invoice date, without prior notice.

• Additional collection and judicial fees will be charged in the case of legal recovery.

• All disputes are governed by Belgian law, and jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Courts of Antwerp, including in cases involving multiple parties or cross-border actions.

Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with a service:

• Contact us at bruna@dieryck.com within 14 days of the service delivery

• We aim to resolve disputes amicably where possible, but Belgian consumer and business law will govern the process

 Limitation of Liability

​

ISA Surveys BVBA and its consultants provide independent survey and consultancy services. While we strive for accuracy, we are not liable for:

• Damages resulting from third-party misuse of shared data

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

• Disputes arising from the misuse of reports or findings by external parties

Our reports are professional opinions based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection and do not constitute legal advice or binding warranties.
